Bio

Coach Logan Nutt is an accomplished and dedicated basketball coach with extensive experience at both the high school and college levels. With five years of NAIA assistant coaching experience and a successful track record as a head coach, Coach Nutt brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. He previously served as an Assistant Coach at Crowley’s Ridge College, helping the team reach the NAIA National Tournament. He also spent a year at Culver Stockton, where the team made it to the Sweet 16 of the NAIA National Tournament. At the high school level, Coach Nutt spent two years as the Head Coach at Doniphan High School, leading the team to conference championships and earning Coach of the Year honors. He also had a successful tenure at Woodland High School, winning a regular season conference championship and being named District Coach of the Year. Coach Nutt's deep passion for basketball stems from his upbringing in a family of coaches, including his father who is currently an assistant coach at the University of Missouri. With his extensive experience and commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes, Coach Nutt is eager to recruit talented players and build a competitive program at ASU-Newport.
